About the role

We're seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead multiple agile teams and drive delivery excellence. You'll facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement. Acting as a servant leader, you'll shield teams from distractions, manage dependencies across squads, and partner with Product Owners on backlog health and predictable delivery.
Requirements: 10+ years in software delivery with strong Scrum Master experience, CSM/PSM certification, and proven success scaling agile (SAFe/LeSS a plus). Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Metrics-driven, with a track record of improving team velocity, quality, and morale.
